A landscape gesture at the threshold.
The proposal places planting at the entrance, in dialogue with the frontage, canopy and timber surfaces shown in the study. Groups of containers frame the approach and give the arrival a distinctive planted presence.
The reference palette explores sculptural foliage, blue-green tones and pottery with wave-like relief. These choices bring a coastal influence to the planting concept while considering the visitor’s movement through the entrance.
Planting as part of the interior.
Around the bar, pots of different heights create a rhythm beside the timber-lined walls. Foliage softens the composition and establishes a connection between the planted elements and the materials of the interior.
The study treats containers as part of the spatial composition: their proportions, grouping and finish matter alongside the plants they hold. The planting proposal accompanies the architecture represented in the perspectives.
A more enveloping welcome.
The entrance perspective combines timber, generous foliage and large containers to suggest a warm transition into the hotel. Vertical planting and palms bring depth to the view and mark places to pause along the route.
Across the entrance and lobby, the planting concept seeks a recognisable atmosphere while responding to the proportions and uses of each space.
One design language, several settings.
The proposal also includes a selection of planters for the roof terrace, with references to generous vegetation and manageable maintenance. The dossier explores an alternative family of matt fibreglass and polyester containers, in rounded and rectangular forms.
The illustrations on this page are three perspectives extracted from the planting proposal supplied by Nazarian Espaces Verts. They document the design intent; the rooftop photographs in the original selection boards serve as references and are not presented here as completed work.
